MACHINE EMBROIDERY 101

Embroidered success starts with pairing designs with fabrics, using correct stabilizers & threads, as well as securely hooping your items. This all day class is designed for beginners and anyone who would enjoy learning more about machine embroidery. This class includes the basics of hooping and stabilizers. It will include 2 popular hooping methods using 3-4 different stabilizers. Built in monograming fonts will be selected, positioned and stitched for perfect placement. Mastering machine embroidery Applique will be taught in the second half of the class to include hooping a cylinder item and using editing tools to enhance designs This is a hands on class where you will be working and learning your own machine. The Kit fee of $40.00 includes 1 flat and looped towel, tote bag, all threads, stabilizers, and applique fabrics for all of the projects done in the class.
