January 16, February 27, March 20, April 17, May 15, 2026 from 930-1230
Volunteers have gathered at Sawyers for many years to sew hats for cancer patients undergoing chemo. Fabrics and time have been donated to sew these items and are very much appreciated by recipients at the various BC Cancer Clinics. We have the patterns and many donated fabrics available to carry on this great work. Our next sewing day will be January 16, 2026 From 930-1230. Winter and spring dates are scheduled as follows January 16, February 27, March 20,, April 17, May 15, 2026 If you can volunteer for this or any future dates or have suitable fabrics (soft knit fabrics with light stretch)
